As the Founder, President and CEO of RK Marshall Group, Rob leads all strategic direction, client relations, and business development for the firm. Rob's entrepreneurial background and experience includes serving as the Founder and CEO of a privately funded technology startup as well as leading two Central Texas commercial real estate firms to tremendous growth. In addition, Rob served as the Director of Real Estate for Scott & White Healthcare, now Baylor, Scott & White Health, overseeing a portfolio of corporately owned and leased real estate assets, with over 140 locations in over 40 markets across Texas, including 9 hospital campuses.

During his tenure at Scott & White, Rob oversaw the land acquisition and development of two hospital campuses, and led the site selection and monetization efforts to develop more than 1 million square feet of third party owned assets. During Rob's career, he has provided transactional leadership, management, development and marketing assignments for over 8 million square feet of commercial assets valued at an estimated $1.6 billion. Rob's extensive and diverse experience includes providing advisory, transaction, development, management, marketing, strategy and facility services to corporate clients including Fortune 500 members and select private clients throughout Texas. A graduate of St. Edward's University, Rob is a native Texan, and lives in Temple, Texas with his wife Christina and their three children.

Kaylyn leads the finance and accounting initiatives for RK Marshall with exacting detail. Kaylyn graduated from the Masters of Accountancy program at Abilene Christian University and obtained her CPA license. Upon graduation, Kaylyn joined Ernst & Young, where she performed as the lead senior on the largest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) client in the audit division of their Fort Worth office. Kaylyn has held executive level accounting and finance positions at Scott & White Healthcare and BNSF Railway, in addition to having served as the head of finance for two start-up companies in which she implemented new ERP systems, developed comprehensive finance strategies, and created policies and procedures. Kaylyn's dynamic background has enabled her to be well suited to deliver best in class services to RK Marshall clients in the unique and entrepreneurial aspects of real estate. Kaylyn lives with her husband, Jonathan, on their farm near Temple, Texas.

Graham is a leader in the transaction and management divisions of RK Marshall Group. Graham’s extensive knowledge in commercial real estate and his entrepreneurial background are the driving forces for his leadership roles at RK Marshall. Graham is a licensed Texas real estate broker and has been involved in commercial real estate since 2005. Most recently, Graham served as Co-founder and CFO to a privately-owned manufacturing company specializing in portable storage buildings, cabins and tiny homes with operations throughout Texas and the Southeast. During his six-year tenure as Co-Founder, Graham oversaw operations for the company as well as finance, marketing and sales.

During Graham’s career, he has provided brokerage services for retail, industrial, office, medical, investment, and farm and ranch clients throughout Central Texas. Graham is a native Texan, a proud graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Real Estate and lives happily with his wife in Salado, Texas.
